a perfect day for painting

I know... I said I would have the mudroom painted a couple days ago, but we got pretty busy so that project gor pushed to the weekend.

So I got up super early and went to Kroger to do my grocery shopping and pick up some more painter's tape.  When I got home I cleaned the first floor of the house and then went to work painting the mudroom a nice shade of beige.

I guess it's a little hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks great in person.  I can't wait to see what Wayne thinks about it when he gets home from work.  Only two more rooms to go on the first floor!!

Planning on posting updated photos of the house tomorrow, but for now I have more cleaning to do...
