Living Room Re-Do

The good news is I can cross at least one item off my list so far for July, the bad news is the broken chair hasn't quite made it out of the living room.  The set that we got from Wayne's family included a couch, love seat, and recliner.  We didnt have room for all three in the living room, so the love seat was just sort of sitting in our morning room collecting all the random piles of stuff that we didnt know what to do with.  Now it is replacing the recliner, and actually works out better becasuse now we have extra seating.

Wayne misses the comfort of his recliner, but we both like the new set up better, it fills up the space more and makes the living room look more inviting.  Right now the chair is just sitting in the corner between the TV and the door to the basement, we plan on getting rid of it this weekend.

I was planning on getting some major work done on the dresser this weekend, but at the last minute we were able to get tickets for NASCAR in Kentucky for tomorrow night so we will be going down there.  Thats right folks, we are going to be embracing our redneck side tomorrow!  Hopefully I can at least get it primered between tomorrow and Sunday. 

We are also having terrible problems with ants, we thought the problem was fixed after we sprayed outside, but they are back and there are tons more.  Wayne finally sprayed in the house today where we think they are coming in.  And we are going to buy ant traps tomorrow to set out.  Any suggestions on how to get rid of those little pests would be greatly appreciated!!
