Go ahead and check off one of the items on my August list! Tonight I was able to get the trim around the door in the garage painted! It looks so much better now, well except for the door. It is still super dirty even after cleaning it, so it will definitely need a paint job soon. Any suggestions for colors??

Okay so it's hard to tell from the pictures, but it looks so much better in person.
So here is where we are so far for August:
1) Finish dresser--almost done just a few drawers to go
2) Continue working on deck
3) Get rid of broken chair (Wayne has not let me get rid of this yet)--still sitting in the living room
4) Finish TV/DVD stand--needs painted and put back together
5) Paint trim around door in garage
6) Get desk completely sanded --this project is actually not being done, the desk on one end was not attached between the top and side, I tried to get it back together but the wood completely split since it is not good quality and since we got it for free I wont feel bad putting it out to the curb Monday morning. And hopefully I will be able to convince my boyfriend to put his beloved chair out there with it :)
That leaves only a few more things to finish up over the next few days so I better get to it!
