Fun stuff for the house

Over the last few weeks even though I haven't been working on any projects, I have gotten a few new things for the house to spruce it up a bit.

My friend from work was selling Princess House, so I decided to order from her and got this gorgeous wine rack

I also got this rug for our front door from my fabulous mother in law, it is so summery and bright!

I have still been working away at the dresser I got.  But I have come to the conclusion tonight I need to get an electric sander.  Doing it by hand is way to exhausting and slow.  I am planning on going tonight or tomorrow to get one.  My goal is to have the whole thing sanded, holes filled, and ready for primer by Sunday night.

We also need to spray for bugs around the house, I have noticed a few ants in the dining room, yuck!  Any suggestions on tricks to get them out and keep them out?
