Inspection Time

We moved into our house August 2010, and beacuse we built with Ryan Homes we had a mandatory 10 month inspection, which was last week.  As far as things we needed fixed we didn't have much, we have been really happy with the way our house turned out and the quality of work that was done.  So aside from a few nail pops, we had to have the cupboard over the refridgerator moved out, and they will need come back to repour our sidewalk concrete due to settling.

When the house was built they installed the cabinet above the fridge so far back in the nook that it was completely unusable with out the help of a chair.

When they came out last week they moved it out and now we actually have a cupboard that we can use!

Tonight I sanded the last of the drawers on the new dresser, my goal is to have the whole dresser sanded by the time we leave for Michigan on Saturday so that when i come back I can get the primer on.
